Every company wants to do Data Analytics & AI, but according to Gartner, 85% of initiatives fail, due to bias in data and the lack of skills of teams responsible for developing them.
Accenture's study on the impact of Artificial Intelligence in 12 developed economies revealed that AI could potentially double annual economic growth rates by 2035. This could be a disadvantage for the Latin American market, mainly due to the shortage of digital profiles, where 48% of the vacancies will remain unfilled at the end of 2021. Therefore, we are talking about vacancies that remain unfilled in a market with a growing unemployment rate. Thus, there is a significant mismatch between the needs of the labor market and the traditional educational system.

Databits is an up-skilling training platform in Data Science & AI for the LatAm workforce.
We offer an enterprise training solution that includes skills assessments, learning paths to develop the most in-demand data profiles, and e-learning simulators allowing us to increase the success of Data Analytics & AI initiatives by almost 50%. We have achieved excellent results and high engagement reflected in our 85% course completion and 57% referral rate. In short, our clients love us.

The global education technology market was valued at USD 89.49 billion in 2020 and is expected to witness a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 19.9% from 2021 to 2028.
Initially, our strategy is to focus on the B2B market, where we can have the most accelerated growth. This segment has more cash flow, and we have fewer competitors. Therefore, like SAM, we aim at large companies and SMEs. The total corporate training market in LatAm will represent USD 3.18B (during 2020-2021), and we plan to reach USD 150M in the next five years.
